Surabaya, East Java – Along with the change of rector and leadership at Universitas Airlangga, a restructuring of its directorates and units has also taken place. The Satu Data Task Force is part of this change. Following Universitas Airlangga’s new regulations and considering the growing need for big data and its development into digital intelligence based applications, Satu Data has now officially become an independent unit under the name Pusat Satu Data & Kecerdasan Digital (PUSAKA). This change also marks PUSAKA’s separation from the Directorate of Information Systems and Digitalization (DSID), giving it its own strategic direction.

PUSAKA was officially introduced with new leadership at the Inauguration Ceremony of Directors and Secretaries of Directorates, Heads and Secretaries of Institutions, Heads and Secretaries of Centers, Secretaries of Boards, and the Head of Library for the 2025 - 2030 period held at the Universitas Airlangga Rectorate (14/9). On this occasion, Dr. Unggul Heriqbaldi, SE., M.Si., M.App.Ec. was entrusted as the Head of PUSAKA Unair together with Moh. Nasrul Aziz, S.Kom., M.Kom. as Secretary of PUSAKA Unair. This moment marks a new chapter for PUSAKA to strengthen its role as the university’s center for data management and digital intelligence.

Since its establishment in 2022, Satu Data has rapidly produced various digital products that support business processes and data-based information sharing across faculties and the university level. With its new leadership and a more focused structure, PUSAKA Unair is committed not only to advancing data-driven decision-making but also to improving data literacy among the academic community. Looking ahead, PUSAKA aims to develop innovative digital applications that can support academic, administrative, and public service transformation helping Universitas Airlangga stay adaptive to the dynamics of the digital era while continuing to collaborate with directorates and student communities alike.
