The field of technology is ever-evolving, and as new innovations continue to shape the world, it becomes essential to involve students and young professionals in real-world scenarios. To foster inclusivity and encourage active participation, the Satu Data unit organized an event called "Dashboard & Website Launching Simulation" on July 25, 2023, at Ruang Tarumanegara, ASEEC Tower, Universitas Airlangga. This event aimed to provide an opportunity for students from the Universitas Airlangga Information System Study Program to contribute from the tester's perspective, ultimately helping to improve the quality of the Satu Data project.

The event was envisioned as a collaborative effort between Satu Data and the Information System Study Program, inviting 50 students to participate actively. The primary objective was to gather valuable feedback from the technology field students to enhance the dashboard and website performance. By engaging students in the testing process, Satu Data embraced inclusivity and recognized the importance of involving diverse perspectives in the development of technological solutions.

The event kicked off with an engaging presentation by the Task Force Leader of Satu Data, Dr. Unggul Heriqbaldi. He provided an overview of the Satu Data project, explaining its purpose, objectives, and potential impact. The audience learned about the significance of data integration and how the dashboard and website would play a pivotal role in making data more accessible and actionable for various stakeholders.

Dr. Unggul emphatically underscored the paramount significance of feedback during his address, expressing his sincere hope that the event would yield a plethora of invaluable insights and observations. He articulated that this comprehensive feedback would serve as a cornerstone for Satu Data's continuous endeavor to elevate and refine the quality of their project even further.

During the simulation, the students tested the dashboard and website's performance based on various criteria, including user interface (UI), accessibility, and speed. They meticulously navigated through the platforms, exploring different features and functionalities, and identified potential glitches, bugs, and usability issues. The hands-on experience allowed them to understand the practical aspects of data-driven technology and provided them with a sense of responsibility in contributing to the project's success.

The event turned out to be a resounding success. Satu Data received an abundance of valuable feedback that highlighted both the strengths of the dashboard and website and areas that required improvement. The student's contributions proved to be invaluable, offering fresh perspectives and critical insights that the developers might have otherwise overlooked.

As the event concluded, Dr. Unggul expressed his gratitude to all the participants for their active engagement and thoughtful feedback. He assured them that Satu Data would carefully analyze the suggestions and incorporate them into the development process to improve the dashboard and website further. The success of this event reinforced the importance of involving students and young minds in shaping the future of technology.
