Regarding the commitment to continuously support Universitas Airlangga in data management, Satu Data actively develops its quality by presenting the launch of Satu Data version 2.0. As a preparatory step, Satu Data invited relevant Units as Data Owners including The Human Resources Directorate who is in charge of the Human Resources Domain, The Directorate of Education who is responsible for the Learning Domain, and other distinguished Units in Universitas Airlangga.
To verify the data indicator and measurement, a series of workshops were executed in April - May 2024, such as:
- Workshop of Indicator Verification and Measurement of Financial, HR and ARP Data on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
- Workshop of Indicator Verification and Data Measurement for Education, Student Affairs, Graduates & Alumni, and New Student Admissions on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
- Workshop of Indicator Verification and Measurement in the field of Internationalization, QS WUR, and THE WUR on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
- Workshop of Indicator Verification and Data Measurement in the IKU PTN-BH Sector, Quality Assurance, and Cooperation on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
- Workshop on Indicator Verification and Data Measurement in the fields of RICD output (Research, Innovation, and Community Development) on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
The Workshops were held in DIPP Meeting Room and Plenary Meeting Room on the 4th Floor of Universitas Airlangga Rectorate Building. They resulted in data reconciliation, verification of indicators and proposals for new additional dashboards such as the dashboard for lecturer credit plans and lecturer realization, students approaching the maximum study period, and student services.
By this collaborative effort between Satu Data and the related Units, Satu Data version 2.0 was poised to significantly improve data-driven decision-making processes within the university. It directly underscored a shared commitment of Universitas Airlangga to data accuracy and effective management.
